Yes, I'm still capable of getting sick sometimes.  On average about 3-5 days a year I'll pick up some sort of bug.  Nothing major, but hence the funky voice.  I debated re-recording this but this is more authentic.

Also, if we want to get into semantics; I'm never really the one doing any of the healing.  I just serve as a mirror that allows you to heal yourself and at the most ultimate level God's really the one doing everything.

I came up with this in the bath tub in Mount Shasta over Christmas while listening to Eminem's Rock Bottom instrumental.  The guides dropped in an reference recently so I felt called to record and share this.  8-mile accappella style seemed more fitting inside my current quarters though.

Em's got tons of money but so what.  Seems like he's in pain and needs more positive encouragement rather than someone else trying to tear him down.  If he didn't carve a path I couldn't make this rap.  There's another line in the song that will go like that.  I listened to him a bunch in my early teens but not much beyond that.

While my voice is still jacked, I'm feeling good as ever today.  Those 3-5 days a year always give me more compassion for those who aren't as blessed with health as I am.  It's so easy to forget how blessed I truly am until I get those few shitty days as a reminder.  They're good for me in that regard.  My heart goes out to you if you're struggling physically or otherwise.  Not feeling good sure does not feel good ðŸ’›

Those favorite artists that are untrained I mentioned in another post? One of them is J. Ralph and that's soley based on a single peice of atmospheric music that was repetitively used in that Wu Tang doc series. Plus, that beat he did for that Method Man NFT.  That's all I need to hear to know I want him making the beats for my first music project; whether it's a visual thing, an album, or a combo of both.  Anyone lurking on here friends with him? Page me 📟

Peace.
